### **Responsibilities:**
- **Market Research & Analysis:**

- Analyze competitors to understand market positioning and identify potential threats and opportunities.
- **Client Engagement:**
- Assist in the development and maintenance of strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Schedule and participate in introductory and follow-up calls with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- **Sales Support:**
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate client information and interactions.
- **Digital Marketing Strategies:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective online marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic and sales growth.
- Monitor and report on the success of online marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- **Project Management:**
- Assist in managing internal projects related to online business development, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

- **Performance Reporting:**
