Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Utilize planning and creativity skills to develop strategies for improving customer service processes.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
8. Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with resilience.
5. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
6. Resourceful and able to think on your feet to solve problems effectively.
