Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Online Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Handle incoming calls and online inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns, fostering a positive relationship with our clients.
- **Problem Solving:** Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while keeping the customer's best interests in mind. Utilize critical thinking to resolve complaints efficiently.
- **Support Team Projects:** Collaborate with team members on various projects aimed at improving customer service and operational efficiencies. Participate actively in team meetings and share insights.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Monitor customer feedback for trends and provide necessary reports to the management.
- **Sales Support:** Assist in upselling company products and services by understanding customer needs and showcasing appropriate options. Work to exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about all Eco World products and services, ensuring clear communication to customers, and offering suggestions based on their interests.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Provide constructive feedback based on customer interactions to improve service delivery and product offerings. Engage in supportive training sessions as required.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the online domain.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Familiarity with online communication platforms is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and enthusiastic about helping customers.
- Passionate about sustainable development and environmentally friendly practices.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Excellent project management capabilities, showcasing the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
