### Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Associate at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' experiences and nurturing relationships online. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients through various digital channels, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. ### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Respond swiftly and attentively to client inquiries and concerns through email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while handling client communications to ensure a positive client experience.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify client issues and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and follow up on complex issues, ensuring all client interactions are documented in our CRM system.

3. **Client Engagement:**
- Proactively reach out to clients for feedback, offering insights and suggestions based on their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing and operational teams to share client insights and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings to share best practices, ideas, and solutions.

5. **Performance Tracking:**
- Monitor and report on client engagement metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to gather data on client interactions and recommend enhancements to existing processes.

6. **Continual Learning:**
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate information and support to clients.
- Attend training and workshops to improve skills and knowledge relevant to client relations and customer service.

7. **Risk Management:**
- Encourage a culture of calculated risk-taking by exploring new approaches in client communication and engagement strategies.
- Approach challenges with enthusiasm, agility, and creativity to achieve results.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within an online environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and vibrant personality with a genuine passion for helping clients.
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook, even in challenging situations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong teamwork foundation to collaborate effectively within a diverse group.
- Persuasive communication skills to effectively articulate solutions and influence client decisions.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with various online communication tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
