#### Job Description:
Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. #### Responsibilities:
- **Client Engagement:** Act as the first point of contact for customers via online platforms. Respond to inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a focus on resolution.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues and concerns, employing effective problem-solving skills to provide solutions or escalate inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Order Processing:** Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and satisfaction by providing information about services, products, and pricing.
- **Feedback and Improvement:** Gather and record customer feedback, providing insights to management for continual service improvement.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other associates to support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to remain current on company policies, procedures, and product updates, enhancing your ability to serve clients effectively.

#### Requirements:
- **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma; further education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field is required.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Confident: Strong self-assurance in interactions with clients, instilling trust and professionalism in service delivery.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Decision-Making:** Ability to evaluate situations and determine appropriate actions when faced with client issues or inquiries.
- **Presentation Skills:** Effectively communicate information and concepts to clients in a clear, concise manner, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using online communication tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data management systems is an advantage.
- **Language Proficiency:** Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
