Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.
2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns related to our products and services.
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses to client queries.
4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues and escalate as needed.
5. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
7. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to clients.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Driven and confident personality traits.
7. Strong people management and planning skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
