- **Research:** Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, trends, and competitor analysis to inform and enhance writing.
- **SEO Optimization:** Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings, utilizing appropriate keywords and meta tags.
- **Editing and Proofreading:** Review and edit your work, as well as the work of your peers, ensuring clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for content, campaigns, and strategies that contribute to the company's communication objectives.
- **Content Management:** Help maintain and organize the content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and topics are fresh and relevant.
- **Performance Tracking:** Analyze content performance metrics to understand audience engagement, adapting future content strategies as necessary.
- **Brand Voice:** Ensure all written content reflects the company's brand voice and ethos, maintaining consistency across all platforms.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing, preferably within the oil and gas or energy sector.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- **SEO Knowledge:** Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and optimize content performance.
