MISC Berhad is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Online Customer Care Associate in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.4. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:1. Passionate and driven individual with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.2. Strong decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.3. Innovative thinker who can suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
