#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction**: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online platforms.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to relevant departments as needed.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Petron's products, services, and promotions to offer accurate information to customers.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and track product deliveries.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer service experiences.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on company policies and industry trends to provide the best support to our customers.

#### **Requirements:**

**Education & Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required)
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.

- **Confident**: Self-assured when communicating with customers and addressing their needs.
