Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and enhancements based on customer feedback
- Lead negotiations with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer success metrics and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in online customer success management or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
