### Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Customer Support Officer to join our customer service team. ### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding SIRIM's products and services, guiding customers through their queries and helping them make informed decisions.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Assess customer needs and resolve issues effectively while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and issues in the system for future reference and analysis.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to promote teamwork and cooperation in handling complex customer situations.

4. **Feedback Gathering:**
- Actively solicit and record customer feedback to help improve services and products offered by SIRIM.
- Participate in the development of customer service processes and training materials based on feedback.

5. **Performance Tracking:**
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics, actioning improvements as required.
- Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by identifying areas for enhancement.

6. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Attend training sessions as needed to ensure knowledge remains current and comprehensive.

### Requirements:

- **Education:**
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online support capacity.

- **Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools, with strong computer and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a bonus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking and dedicated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and resilience in dealing with challenging situations.

- **Soft Skills:**
