### **Job Description:**

IOI Corporation Berhad, a leader in sustainable palm oil production and an innovative player in the agribusiness sector, is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support**: Provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to our products and services.
- **Problem Solving**: Actively listen to customer concerns, assess issues, provide solutions, and escalate problems when needed to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, company policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively and efficiently, using appropriate language and tone, while maintaining a professional demeanor during all interactions.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system to track issues, resolutions, and customer feedback for quality improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and technical support to ensure cohesive service delivery and share insights from customer interactions.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution time.
- **Feedback Loop**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of chat support processes by providing feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.

### **Requirements:**

- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years in a customer support role, preferably in an online or live chat environment.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with live chat software and CRM tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
