### Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position involves engaging directly with our clients and prospects through online chat platforms, providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance their experience with our brand. As a part-time specialist, you will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that all chat inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for online chat inquiries, ensuring an instant and positive interaction experience for all clients.

- **Information Management:** Respond to questions regarding our products, services, and community offerings, ensuring all information shared is accurate, timely, and relevant.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve client issues or concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

- **Lead Generation:** Qualify leads through engaging conversations, capturing relevant data and insights for the sales and marketing teams to follow up.

- **Data Analysis:** Monitor chat interactions and maintain an accurate log of inquiries and issues raised, utilizing this data for future strategy and training improvements.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive and accurate communication across all channels.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated with product knowledge and best practices in customer service.

- **Feedback Loop:** Provide constructive feedback and insights based on chat interactions to improve our services and customer engagement strategies.

- **Adaptability:** Be responsive to varying workloads and changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment.

- **Research and Strategic Planning:** Contribute to content creation and strategic initiatives based on customer insights and market trends gathered from chat interactions.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably with direct online chat experience.

- **Educational Background:** A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

- **Skills:**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback effectively.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships.
- Adaptable with a positive attitude toward change and a willingness to learn.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong strategic planning abilities, capable of predicting chat trends and adjusting approaches accordingly.
