### Job Description:
QSR Brands, a leader in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Online Marketing Associate to join our marketing team in George Town, Penang. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to cultivate their skill set in online marketing and contribute to the growth of our brand in the digital space.
### Key Responsibilities:
As an Online Marketing Associate, you will play an integral role in supporting our online marketing strategies and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- **Social Media Management**:
- Assist in creating, curating, and managing published content (images, video, and written) across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and feedback, responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- **Content Creation**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for newsletters, blog posts, and website updates that align with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
- Help in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- **SEO and Digital Advertising**:
- Support the execution of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance online visibility, traffic, and engagement.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, ensuring metrics and budgets are adhered to.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in A/B testing efforts to identify effective content strategies and improve overall marketing performance.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Help coordinate marketing projects from inception to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and ensure successful deployment.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.
### Requirements:
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or pursuing a degree).
- Relevant internship or coursework in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Energetic and passionate about digital marketing and brand development.
- Hardworking with a strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing field.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
**Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
