Job Overview As a Social Media Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with our online community on TikTok, Carousell, Instagram, Facebook, XHS and etc, responding to customer inquiries, and actively driving sales through these platforms. Key Responsibilities: Achieve the monthly online sales target provided by Company.Develop and implement marketing strategiesInteract with customers on TikTok, Carousell, Instagram, Facebook, XHS and etc, responding to inquiries, comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.Showcase our products through engaging content, images and features to stimulate customer interest and drive sales.Actively guide customers through the sales process, provide product information, and facilitate the completion of purchases.Foster positive relationships with customers through personalized interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfactionMonitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities to enhance our online presence.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with overall business objectives.Track and report key metrics related to social media sales performance, providing insights to optimize strategies. Job Requirements: Min 3 years of working experience in a Digital / E-Commerce rolePassionate self-starter who focuses on results, experimenting and exploring new ideas/solutions.Ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content.Good understanding of e-Commerce multiple platforms operation.Good writing skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa MalaysiaExcellent decision making and analytical skillsGreat leadership skills and being a team player. Able to lead and/or collaborate with other team members within the organization or external partner.Independent and self-motivated that keep up to date digital/e-commerce strategies and skills
