Key Responsibilities:-Achieve the monthly online sales target provided by Company.-Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.-Actively guide customers through the sales process, provide product information and facilities to completion of purchases.-Develop and implement marketing strategies-Assist in building the company's digital marketing and e-commerce roadmap and strategies.-Lead a team in the operation of e-Commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Carousell, etc, from products listing, promotion, campaigns.-Develop and create both static and video content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc)-Plan, shoot and edit high quality video/ reels, ensuring they are optimized for different social media platforms.-Manage daily posts and ensure that all content is on brand and resonates with our audience.-Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content ideas to enhance engagement and reach.-Track and analyze performance metrics for all content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.-Monitor competition and provide ideas for new growth strategies.-Manage and improve online content, copywriting and search engine optimization.-Responsible for digital communications through social media platforms.-Design of monthly online advertising materials.-Conduct regular research on competitors and their trading conditions. -Min 3 years of working experience in a Digital / E-Commerce role-Passionate self-starter who focuses on results, experimenting and exploring new ideas/solutions.-Ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content.-Good understanding of e-Commerce multiple platforms operation.-Good writing skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia-Excellent decision making and analytical skills-Great leadership skills and being a team player. Able to lead and/or collaborate with other team members within the organization or external partner.-Independent and self-motivated that keep up to date digital/e-commerce strategies and skills
