Key Responsibilities:
-Achieve the monthly online sales target provided by Company.
-Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
-Actively guide customers through the sales process, provide product information and facilities to completion of purchases.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies
-Assist in building the company's digital marketing and e-commerce roadmap and strategies.
-Lead a team in the operation of e-Commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Carousell, etc, from products listing, promotion, campaigns.
-Develop and create both static and video content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc)
-Plan, shoot and edit high quality video/ reels, ensuring they are optimized for different social media platforms.
-Manage daily posts and ensure that all content is on brand and resonates with our audience.
-Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
-Track and analyze performance metrics for all content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Monitor competition and provide ideas for new growth strategies.
-Manage and improve online content, copywriting and search engine optimization.
-Responsible for digital communications through social media platforms.

; Requirements:-
-Min 3 years of working experience in a Digital / E-Commerce role
-Passionate self-starter who focuses on results, experimenting and exploring new ideas/solutions.
-Ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
-Good understanding of e-Commerce multiple platforms operation.
-Good writing skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Excellent decision making and analytical skills
-Great leadership skills and being a team player. Able to lead and/or collaborate with other team members within the organization or external partner.
