QSR Brands is seeking a reliable and independent Online Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide online support to customers via various platforms such as email, chat, and social media.
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
