### **Job Summary:**

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. In this entry-level part-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent online customer service, ensuring our clients receive timely assistance and solutions to their inquiries. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Manage online inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions through chat, email, and other digital communication channels.
- Assist customers with product selection, service navigation, and problem resolution to enhance their experience with IHH Healthcare Berhad.

- **Problem Solving:**
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions, employing creativity and resourcefulness to address unique challenges.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

- **Feedback Collection:**
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services and support processes.
- Actively contribute to team meetings with insights gained from customer interactions.

- **Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the designated systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Prepare and update FAQs and knowledge base articles based on customer inquiries to facilitate quicker resolutions.

- **Sales Support:**
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote additional services and encourage customers to take advantage of special offerings.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling initiatives where appropriate.

- **Training & Development:**
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, contributing to personal and professional growth.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and the best possible service delivery.

### **Requirements:**

**Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience:**
- No prior experience required; however, a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are essential.

**Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for persuasion.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in using computers and various online communication platforms.
