Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Officer at AirAsia Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with bookings, inquiries, and general support. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat platforms
- Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on AirAsia's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
