S P Setia Berhad, a leading property development company, is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Web Chat Officer to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by engaging with potential clients through our web chat platform.

### Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement:** Promptly respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms. Deliver accurate information about our real estate offerings, services, and promotions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- **Information Dissemination:** Provide detailed, insightful responses to customer questions about our properties, including location, pricing, financing options, and features to facilitate informed decision-making.
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify potential leads during chat interactions, documenting customer information and feedback to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- **Problem Solving:** Address customer complaints and concerns with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a positive interaction.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance communication strategies, share insights gathered from customer interactions, and contribute to the overall customer engagement strategy.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor chat metrics and performance indicators, providing regular feedback and analysis to supervisors to continually improve service quality and response times.
- **Content Creation:** Collaborate with the marketing team to help create engaging chat scripts, FAQs, and other communication materials that accurately represent our brand voice and customer engagement philosophy.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training programs to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, customer service best practices, and industry trends.
- **Feedback Mechanism:** Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams, contributing to continuous improvement in the customer experience.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a customer service, sales, or support role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- **Educational Background:** Possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using chat software and CRM tools; familiarity with basic data entry and report generation is advantageous.
