JOB DETAILS Position: IT Support Engineer

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Working Location: Nearby to Subang Airport
Working Hours/Day: 3 Shift rotation: Monday – Friday (******** / ******** / 2300 – 0700)
Salary: RM3,000 to RM4,500(Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
M365 Support & Migration:
Provide comprehensive support for M365 applications, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user assistance.Assist in the planning and execution of M365 migration projects, including email, data, and application migrations.Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during M365 transitions, including pre-migration testing and post-migration validation.Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement M365 best practices.
General IT Support: Respond to and resolve user inquiries related to hardware, software, and network issues.Monitor IT systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.Document all support activities, resolutions, and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary.Support day-to-day IT operations, including the maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with security policies.Provide on-site and remote support as required.
WHO CAN APPLY? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Relevant certifications and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in onsite IT support, with a focus on M365 support or migration.If there is any ad hoc requirement they might have to come in on Saturday.Intermediate-level expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. roficiency in M365 migration tools and processes or know how to install & configure.Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software.Experience in network administration and IT infrastructure support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong documentation skills and attention to details
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Office 365 or Microsoft 365 is an added advantage.ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management (preferred) is an added advantage.Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (a plus). Serious applicants may send your resume to [email protected]
