Operation Academic Executive

_**LOCATION: MANAGE 3 BRANCHES - LITTLE CALIPHS BANDAR PUTERI JAYA / LITTLE CALIPHS CINTA SAYANG & LITTE CALIPHS AMBANGAN HEIGHTS**_- **JOB SCOPE**:_- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of academise or programs within academic branches- To assist in both academic, timetabling and administrative matters to enhance the efficiency of operations.- To organise /assist in student activities/events.- To assist with the preparation of documents for LC audit as well as reports to management.- Ensure that the weekly lesson plans are well prepared by the teachers, in line with TLCP standard.- Ensure that every day all kindergarten teachers do a Reading and Little Qari session. Make sure they keep on track and record in both Reading Record Students. Ensure that all the books are in line with Little Caliphs target.- Supervise and evaluate teachers' performance to ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students- Chair a weekly meeting with kindergarten teachers.- Ensure that all teachers are following the discipline, rules, and regulation of the Company.- Ensure that all the classes have complete stationeries and teaching aids for class session.- Ensure to send monthly report of the academic student's achievement of the branches to the principal.- Support class and students by addressing inquiries related to academic operational- Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows within the academic sphere- Perform other tasks relevant to the kindergarten matters as decided by the managing committee.**Qualifications**:- Diploma or degree in Education or related field- Preferably have related working experience in an academic institution or operation- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Kindergarten Teaching: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Expected Start Date: 03/10/2024
