Operation Assistant

Lead and manage purchasing and warehousing of pepper in Sarikei.
Allocate and manage manpower effectively.
Plan production schedules in coordination with sales and marketing shipment timelines.
Work with the MPB processing plant and handle machine issues or changes.
Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular reviews and updates.
Maintain and update a system to manage inventory levels based on usage, lead-time, and cost.
Assist in purchasing quality pepper.
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
Enforce safety, discipline, and cleanliness in the workplace.
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed.
Lead improvement projects for productivity and processes.
Audit and improve housekeeping and safety practices.
