Operation Executive (Based At Teluk Kalong)

Manage the day-to-day Operations at the site, and Coordinates communication with branch staff. Works to meet branch performance standards including operating loss control, and compliance with policies and procedures. Oversees and with the preparation reports for approval by the manager.Prefer age 35 and above.1. Able to manage all day-to-day operations of the branch at the site.2. Conduct branch meetings; cover important problematic areas and identify areas to be improved.3. Champion a culture of safety, leadership, responsibility, accountability, and continual improvement among all employees with location safety meetings and activities conducted safely with people at the site.4. Follow all company policies, processes, and procedures. Exercise safe work practices to contribute to the achievement of the company's safety goals.5. Ensure that every product released follows the first article process released by the Technical Department.12. Assist with Sales and marketing of company products.2. Ensure on-time delivery to customers.3. Maintain customer relationships.4. Sourcing of trading items/products for company miscellanies items and comparison best price.5. Delivery and payment terms and other conditions e.g Warranty, guarantee, insurance certificate of origin manufacturer's certificate.6. Execute daily transactions and records, payments vouchers, cash books, cheques, invoices, PR, and PO.7. Reimbursement and safe-keeping of petty cash8. Monitor employee attendance and discipline.9.
