Participate in a comprehensive one-year training program (about 3 months duration in each department) designed to provide exposure to various aspects of our business operations, customer service, marketing, and telemarketingOperations Management Shadowing:
Work closely with experienced professionals and departmental heads to understand their roles and responsibilities, gaining practical insights into effective management practices.Project Assignments:
Undertake hands-on project assignments to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Performance Evaluation:
Regular performance evaluations will be conducted to track progress and identify areas for improvement throughout the training period.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to better understand our business processes and foster teamwork.Compliance and Adherence:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times. Requirements: MUST be able to relocate (Out of Malaysia) upon accepting the company's offer.The company will provide a housing allowance.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
