Operation Executive

**Job Opportunity**- To assist sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly and annually sales targets are achieved.- To assist in motivating, provide feedback, support and educating the sales team to enhance individual development & growth to maintain team spirit.- Monitor all sales & operation related activities with proper SOP, aiming to ensure the efficiency & effectiveness of all sales & operation related activities.- Market and consumer analysis sharing within departments and management where appropriate to assist in better decision-making during product development.- Provide end-to-end sales & operations administrative support to sales team.- Continuous improvement of operational performance in stores while considering consistency and the needs of the total store. Actively seeks, identifies and implements internal and external operational best practices.- Coordinate with procurement to review on incoming order and follow up closely on the inventories and delivery status.- Work closely with top management to ensure the company goal and objective is well communicated throughout organization and department.**Requirements**:- 2 - 5 years working experience in retail industry is an advantage.- Travel to other state when necessarily- Must have passion to do sales.- Outgoing personality, like challenges and passionate about meeting people.- Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing store activities and people development.- Works well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.- Independent and responsible work attitude.- Good communication and negotiation skills.**Qualification**:- Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay
