-Arrange accommodation, travel, and other logistical needs for trainers.
-Liaise with vendors such as hotels, training venues, and catering services to ensure facilities meet training requirements.
-Oversee venue setup, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are ready for use.
-Monitor and support training sessions to ensure they run smoothly.
-Provide trainers and participants with required materials and address any issues promptly.
-Collect and organize feedback forms for post-training evaluations.
-Maintain the training calendar and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
