Operation Manager (Bintulu Site)

Job Description:- Develop and execute a business plan for the branch, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including sales teams administrative personnel, and support staff. Create a positive work environment and set performance expectations.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, handling complaints, and maintaining service quality standards.- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and branch metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on branch performance, financial results, and operational updates.- Address operational challenges and find solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.- Explore opportunities for branch expansion and growth in the local market, including identifying new product/service offerings or potential partnerships.Education Qualification & Experience:- At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.- Proven experience in a managerial role.Skills & Abilities:- In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, Corrosion, Refractory and Abrasion- Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills- Excellent leadership and organizational planning skills.- Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies- Safety Management & Technical Understanding**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveApplication Deadline: 04/30/2024Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
