**Responsibilities**:- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments- Managing & monitoring trucking & distribution activity that includes truck planning.- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations- Coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements and able to manage pool of drivers.- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirementsRequirement- Min.1-2 years working ** Transportation/Logistic/Supply Chain industry.- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Logistics.- Experience in Transport line is an added advantage.- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
