Operation, Spare Part & Inventory Supervisor

Updating sales order, Manufacturing Order records- Prepare Delivery Order and invoices and filling.- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.- Receiving Incoming call.- Ability to work extended Hours- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records- Assists customers on the sales floor- Able to demonstrate and good customer service and good sales technique- Assists store or inventory manager in devising new ways to reduce shrink and maintain inventory control.- Pays close attention to detail.- Maintains office cleanliness & conduct office administration duties.- Coordinate with internal and external customers and ensure all parts reach withinteam frame- Works well with a team.- Manages time efficiently.- Other tasks as assigned by Superior.**Job Requirement**- At least 1 - 3 years of hands-on working experiences in related field.- Good command of spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin **(Mandarin is required to deal with suppliers from China)**:- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Computer literate.
