Operations Assistant (3 Months Contract)

-Prepare, generate, and verify the accuracy of daily credit card settlement reports, ensuring all transaction details, fees, and amounts are correct.


-Prepare and promptly send daily payout notifications to merchants, including payment schedules, amounts, and transaction details, to avoid delays.


-Verify any discrepancies or errors and follow up for resolution.


-E-mail the completed settlement reports to merchants on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.


-Address any queries or issues raised by merchants regarding payout details promptly.


-Maintain a record of all reports sent to merchants for reference.

; Requirements:-


-Possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certification.


-0 to 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).


-Meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
