**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Support:**

2. **Data Management:**
- Maintain and update operational databases and documentation to ensure accurate records of activities and processes.

3. **Communication:**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries and communications, fostering effective inter-departmental relationships.
- Prepare and distribute communication materials to ensure all stakeholders are informed of updates and initiatives.

- Assist in troubleshooting operational difficulties and liaising with relevant departments to resolve issues.

6. **Compliance and Quality Assurance:**

**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:**
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations, administration, or a related role.
