Job Description:
Petronas is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, and possess strong research and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the company
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Support the development and maintenance of operational documentation
- Handle administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ years of experience in operations or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of sustainable practices is a plus
