UEM Sunrise Berhad, a leading property and infrastructure development company, is seeking a driven and adaptable Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of the organization by managing a variety of administrative tasks, facilitating communication across departments, and contributing to process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Operational Support:**
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational projects and initiatives.
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various teams.

2. **Data Management:**
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to operations and project performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain updated records and documentation in accordance with company policies.

3. **Communication & Collaboration:**
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth information flow and coordination on projects.
- Facilitate meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Engage with external partners and vendors to negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

4. **Customer Relations:**
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly, contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support operational aspects of customer engagement initiatives.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Encourage team members to share ideas and feedback on improving processes and operational workflows.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance personal and professional skill sets.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in an operations or administrative role, preferably in the property or infrastructure sector.
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management tools, and data analysis software.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
