Crew transportation and crew handling matters
1. To arrange transportation service for crew to/fro by sea/land or air from origin point to final destinations.
2. To handle crew movement on behalf and to provide all services required on crew movement
3. Crew sign on and sign off
4. Immigration clearance
5. Passport handling ( PPSB only) – Passport for sign off/Sign on crew
6. Application work permit
7. Crew transportation and handling to/fro airport/hotel/helibase/jetty/working location
8. Handling documentation for crew (OSP/CCC/SHELL SAFETY PASSPORT)
9. Arranging the transportation booking as per instruction
10. Disseminating of crew movement update and information
Land transportation for goods and customs clearance for rig/crew and goods
1. To arrange/plan transportation services for materials/equipment either by sea/land or air from origin to final destinantion (INCLUDED ONSHORE to OFFSHORE)
2. Arranging truck/vessel/flight booking as per instruction by monitoring the shipment from origin until its arrival at final destinantion
3. To perform cargo consolidation packing/re-packing arrangement to ensure quantity tally with documents and packaging is fit for transportation and preparing the shipping documentation for cargo clearance.
4. Arranging the truck/vessel/flight booking as per instruction and monitoring the shipment from origin/arrival/final destination.
5. Prepare custom clearance,vessel clearance,port clearance etc to all relevant authorities.
6. To provide 3rd party services as and when required such as cargo handling,cargo survey inspection,loading/unloading etc
