As a Operation Director, the ideal applicant should be acting as the cornerstone of efficient and effective business operations. Tasked with overseeing the day-to-day activities, an Operations Director ensures that the company runs smoothly and efficiently, aligning operational goals with the broader strategic objectives of the business. A Operations Director's daily tasks often include the following:

- Responsible for leading and supervising the teams of admin, finance and human resources in daily operations;
- Collaborating with top management, including taking instructions from and providing advice to the CEO to align operational strategies with overall business goal;
- Support discussion between departments to ensure they remain fully informed and are well placed support 
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the operational management and development of systems and networks;
- Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and manage all related processes;
- Focus on shaping long-term operational strategies and aligning operations with business objectives;
Requirements

- Degree holder (at least 5 years experience);
- Experience in leadership within fast-paced. Self-initiative, Fast learner, Open-minded with excellent Personal Skills;
- Exceptional communication skills with all levels of staff, including C-level executives and senior management;
- Experienced and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-stress, and constantly changing environment;
- Able to adapt to energetic and open working environment;
- Eager and willing to grow together with the company;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin;
- Business travel is required.
