Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive at Gift Market, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by coordinating the entire order fulfillment process. You will ensure smooth communication between internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, as well as oversee the management of our sample room and office supplies. This is a dynamic role that requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate closely with the sales team to manage order processes from placement to fulfillment. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Conduct quality control checks on incoming goods and handle any issues, including replacements or returns, when necessary. Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during the delivery of goods. Oversee the sample room, ensuring it is well-organized and stocked with the latest products. Manage client sample requests, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of samples for sales presentations. Monitor and manage office pantry supplies, ensuring that they are adequately stocked. Coordinate office supply orders, working with vendors to meet company needs. Maintain accurate filing of all paperwork related to deliveries, including invoices, delivery orders, and replacement records.Requirements:  Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in operations or a similar role. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Candidates must be comfortable with physical tasks such as handling stock and checking goods.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with supply chain processes and vendor management is a plus.
