Key activities include month end support, business process design, requirements gathering, solution design, configuring EBS modules, testing, and end user support for multiple modules in the Company's global environment. This position will be accountable for the effectiveness and health of Oracle EBS modules, and various integrated Financial applications.The ideal candidate will readily identify opportunities for automation and streamline business processes specific to this worldwide business domainThe Role:
- Work closely with Finance and Accounting team members and leaders. Delight them with your ability to provide solutions to their needs
- Maintain the health and effectiveness of the Oracle platform over time
- Ensure that global end-users of Oracle EBS are effectively trained on existing and evolving functionality
- Take ownership of issues and work with the business and the development team to find resolutions
- Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting including table level SQL research queries
- Understand and anticipate business needs and reporting requirements
- Drive open and comprehensive communications with key stakeholders, managing their expectations through clear and frequent communications
- Participate in operational plans, including Systems Architecture and Roadmap Planning
- Maintain and modify configuration, security, and access of Oracle modules
- Create and maintain application documents, training material, processes and procedures, support information, and other materials
- Guide and lead testing activities from unit testing to Production validation
Job Specifications:
- Experience working within a complex application global environment that includes ERP and multiple integrated systems
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience with Oracle Financials modules, including R12 includesGL, Subledger Accounting, Multi Currency, AP, AR, CE, FA, EBTax, iExp, Treasury
- Hands-on experience in the R12 EBS on-premise modules, applications and tools
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS table structure and data flows
- Strong, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills

- An ability to work autonomously with solid professional judgment
- Experience working with business, functional, and technical individuals and teams locally and remotely across the world
- Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle implementations

- Experience in developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions
