Summary:
An order fulfillment Planner specialist's job is to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that products are shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with customers, production planning, quality, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Analyse and report on order fulfilment performance metrics.
Work with Production planner and DCs to ensure products are available and track stock levels.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Communicate with shipping departments to arrange timely deliveries.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfilment process.
Generate Ship Plan based on customer urgency and forecast, and work with Production planning to schedule per forecast and customer urgent model needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distribution Center partners, logistics partners, and Planning.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least a Bachelor Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, or any relevant related courses.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, Planning, or Order fulfilment.
Proficiency in speaking and writing in English and Malay.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Possess own transport and accommodation.
