Outlet Executive (F & B)

Responsible for overall sales and operations of all Southern Bakery Shops which includes customer service, staff training and development, product display, marketing and promotion, and administrative functions. Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of our customers - Responsible for day to day Southern Bakery operations activities - Provides leadership and motivation to teams. Identifies and trains staff with good potential for development. - Engaged with vendors and suppliers in order to ensure execution of product promotions, high merchandising standards, and appropriate inventory levels. - Ensure Shop cleanliness, safety and housekeeping - Good track record and experience in managing more than 2 F&B outlets for minimum 5 years. - Knowledge in planning for sales growth, monitoring sales performance and achieving sales targets. - Knowledge in the most up-to-date food and beverages trends and best practice. - Skillful in managing proper coaching and training to the outlet crews. - Skillful in reporting and data analysis. - Ability to oversee kitchen operations and ensure excellent kitchen cleanliness and hygiene. - Ability to support marketing and store merchandising activities. - Communication, leadership and problem-solving skill. - Requires language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be an added advantage. - Willing to travel around outlets when needed.Southern Bakery & Cafe, Permyjaya Miri fully managed by FORNARIO SDN.
