Kyros Kebab Sdn. Bhd. is a fast food restaurant and a chain of modern kopitiam restaurant, located in Kuala Lumpur, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CAB Cakaran Corporation Berhad, a public listed company on Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
CAB has a long and successful history, starting with its first poultry farming activities in Penang, Malaysia way back in the 1970s. The Company has grown to become one of the largest food producers, value added products in Malaysia, providing poultry, marine and frozen food products around the globe.
Responsibilities: Responsible to oversee daily operations of the restaurant outlet by ensuring excellent customer service and maintain high quality standards in food.Implementing strategies for improvement that including staff training & development, customer experience enhancement, operational efficiency, marketing and promotion.To ensure daily operations comply with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.To develop and control outlet budget by focusing on maximizing revenue and minimizing cost.To conduct daily analysis on the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).Monitoring inventory levels and controlling the cost of food and beverages for maintaining profitability.To analyze sales report and conduct regular audit to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.Planning and generating ideas for monthly and seasonal promotions by creating new offerings.To communicate with marketing team on any marketing activities for promotional campaigns.To establish good relationship with local business and community in order to enhance brand visibility.Involving in hiring activities and provide training to new employees.Ensuring the outlet always clean and presentable at all times.Carry out other duties assigned from time to time.To monitor, maintain and improve the service quality to ensure customers' satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries, suggestion and complaints.To schedule employees' shifts and conduct performance evaluation on employees.To manage staff effectively and fostering a positive work environment.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.Candidate with qualification of Diploma in Food and Beverage Management/ Hospitality Management or equivalent will be an added advantage.At least 2 years working experience in food and beverage industry, especially in managerial position will be an added advantage.Good knowledge in food and beverage management.Possess leadership capabilities to drive teams to excellence.Good management skills in developing strategic goals.Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of employees.Possess strong commitment, good communication skills, able to work independently and self-motivated.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Applicants must be willing to work at SOGO, Kuala Lumpur.Benefits: Annual bonus & incrementInsurance coverage for personal accident & hospitalizationMedical benefitContribution of EPF, SOCSO & EISInterested applicants are invited to apply online or write-in your detailed resume stating personal particulars, qualification, employment history, remuneration expected, contact number and a passport-sized photograph (n.r.) to:
