Responsibilities: Leading, manage, coach and motivate sales team to achieve store targets. Consistently encouraging and motivate your subordinate to achieve the personal target given. Consistently encouraging the team to engage customers on a regular basis to provide excellent service and maintaining good rapport with customers to maximize product sales. Oversee full spectrum of outlet operation, which includes store manpower management, arrangement of monthly and weekly work schedule, organize workflow and to ensure all staffs understand their job responsibilities and duties. Responsible to deal with all issues that arise from retail operations, take appropriate remedy actions, and to report unresolved matters to Operation & Retail Manager/respective departments when necessary. Manage and control inventory level and stock forecast accuracy across all channels. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, to ensure high standard of store environment (safe and clean) to protect the safety of customers and staffs. To ensure cash receipt tally with daily sales report, and to bank in all cash receipt on timely basis (daily/weekly, depending on Operation & Retail Manager arrangement), then send the sales report to Operation & Retail Manager. Any other duties delegated by your Superior. Qualification Requirements: Prefer Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business management, sales and marketing or related fields. Minimum 5 years' experience in Retail Industry. Analytical, meticulous and have sharp business acumen. Possess high level of commitment and able to demonstrate initiative and integrity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent mentoring, coaching and team management skills. Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external parties. Applicants must be willing to travel and work on weekends. Candidate with retail experience will have added advantage.
