Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.- Lead Outlet Supervisors to achieve company annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets and other operational-related goals.- Oversee the daily operations of all our restaurant outlets.- Work with Outlet Supervisors to ensure execution of Operational SOPs for all outlets in compliance with Company policies and procedures.- Hire, train, supervise and appraise the performance of Outlet Supervisors. Guide and retrain Outlet Supervisors as required.- Perform quality controls and monitor Operational KPIs.- Propose improvements in operational management systems, processes and best practices.- Oversee the purchase of materials and inventory for all outlets by working together with Outlet Supervisors.- Collaborate with internal marketing team to develop, monitor and execute marketing plans.- Prepare forecasts (sales, expenses, labour costs etc.) and manage budgets for all outlets.- Formulate strategic and operational objectives for all outlets based on financial data to improve profitability.- Report to management on all outlets' sales results, productivity, and outlet-related issues.
