Industrial Engineer
As Industrial Engineer under Package Development & Engineering (PDE), you will be responsible to develop, align and coordinate with cross functional to ensure effective Cycle time Modeling. In this role, you will need to work with Technology Development, Key Equipment Group and other stakeholder from site to support Micron Business Objective.
Responsibility
Responsible for EPT related topic, Consolidate & align MOR/UPH/EPT improvement across Micron Site and Central Team
Engage with manufacturing sites, and Central Teams to provide technical direction and maintain alignment for Engineering Tool time and space related between manufacturing site and Technology Development
Drive Capex Saving Project within PDE and sites to meet FY target
Explore, study and recommend for system automation opportunity to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science
Good data compilation, statistical analysis and reporting skills
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Bring in your enthusiasm as you will work with a dynamic team to achieve a common goal through effective collaboration and dedication.
Ability to map relevant conclusions to support decisions making.
Proficient in AutoCAD application is an added advantage
