HR and Admin-Related:
-Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
-Encourage a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.
-Handle the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
-Ensure all procedures concerning onboarding, promotion, learning and development, offboarding, appraisal are carried out regularly within the Company policies and legal boundaries.
-Analyze and report the monthly headcount, turnover ratio, etc.
-Responsible for all back office and administration tasks of the department.
-Conduct needs analysis, develop, implement, and monitor training programmes and materials on a variety of leadership and HR topics.
-Provide guidance to the leadership team regarding employee morale, employee relations, coaching, counseling and discipline.
Regulatory and Compliance
-Constantly research, develop, update and implement policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines following all applicable laws and regulations, and ensure that the policies and procedures are adhered to and continually improved.
-Ensure compliance with all local and federal employment-related laws and regulations, and advise management on the necessary actions in alignment with current employment law requirements.
Culture and Employee Relations
-Maintain constant communication with all levels of employees on management-employee related matters
-Organizing of dialogue-sessions between management and employees
-Plan, coordinate and execute employee appreciation activities and events
-Proactively engage employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
-Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; where applicable, conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.

; Requirements:-
-Either a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management with a concentration in organizational behavior (or a related field) or demonstrable experience in Human Resources together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
-Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
-Works well independently as well as in a team with a sense of urgency, responsibility, result oriented and committed to meeting deadlines.
-Strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
-A keen eye for detail, organized, great at execution and able to work autonomously in a fast-pace, start-up environment.
-Comfortable with technology and applications.
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
