People & Culture Intern Based In Shah Alam Warehouse - June '24 Intake (Onsite Role)

You will be responsible to support the HR department in preparing the report and chronological of events pertaining to COVID-19 threats in the FC and work together with the EHS team to strengthen the committee team members in updating our internal policies.
Duties and Responsibilities Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Gather payroll data including employee leaves, working hours and bank accounts Screen resumes and schedule interview arrangement with candidates and hiring managers Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks Prepare HR-related reports as needed (such as departmental training budgets, employee attendance report) Assist in the attendance system data upkeeping and migration Address employee queries regarding HR related matter and employee benefits including leave entitlement, medical insurance, training etc Administer learning and development related matters including HRDC documentation, liaison with external training provider and employee training feedback Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies Other related tasks as assigned by the Superior Minimum Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources or business field Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills An excellent team player Proficient in excel or other data analytics tools Open to international university students from different nationality Possess cross cultural experience/exposure is an advantage Other Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills Interest in working for an eCommerce industry Willing to work onsite (Shah Alam) Possess own transportation Powered by JazzHR
