As an intern at Hiredly, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our People and Culture department, with a focus on talent acquisition (recruitment), office operations, and employee engagement support. Here's what you'll be doing:

Responsibilities



-Collaborate with the team to understand, source and identify potential candidates for the roles Hiredly is seeking to fill.


-Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.


-Help build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


-Identify training needs and assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.


-Support the maintenance of an efficient office environment by helping with managing office supplies and equipment.


-Support initiatives aimed at building a positive and engaging workplace culture. This could involve participating in events or projects that boost team morale.

-Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field (applications from all areas will be considered).


-A genuine passion for talent acquisition and assessment, along with excellent communication skills for engaging with potential candidates.


-A proactive attitude towards self-improvement and a willingness to actively participate in discussions aimed at shaping our company culture.


-Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
