People Services Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

**Contract duration - 1 year (renewable)****Reporting structure - reporting to APAC Regional Lead, People Services****Working Mode: Work From Home****Job scope**:- Process renewal of labor contracts - For all types of employees working in different locations in China- Creation of All letters - standard employment letter, Revenue Certificate, Tourist and Business visa letter generation- Process offboarding requirements and letter generation on leavers- Will be doing additional 'ad hoc' tasks as required**Requirements**:- Has an idea on basic HR process- Preferred knowledgeable on China policies but not required- Knows how to speak and write in Mandarin**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary
