Responsibilities: Schedule meeting and manage calendarsCoordinate and ensure smooth running of meetings, take accurate and comprehensive notes at the meetings. Prepare minutes of meeting and follow up on pending mattersDraft correspondence such as emails and lettersCompile and prepare reports, presentations as and when necessaryOrganize and manage confidential documents, records and maintain a systematic filing for smooth data retrievingPlan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportationAssist superior on all his monthly business and personal claims reimbursementPerform Bahasa Malaysia translation for superior as and when required. The translation can be from English/Chinese to Bahasa Malaysia or vice versaSupervise day-to-day office administrative matters e.g. source for office supplies, despatch service, take care of office cleanliness, etcHelp with daily time management. Always send reminder on important tasks and deadlines Requirements : Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration or a related discipline.Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience serving for senior management level.Active listening & good communication skillsGood verbal and written of English, Bahasa Malaysia and ChineseTech-savvy and experience with Microsoft Window and email programsStrong organizational and time management skills
